Algeria was led by the left-side duo of Hosni and Iken. Hosni finished with a team-high 27 points, while Iken was well supported with 24 points. Fellow outside hitter Sowalem added 15 points to the win.
Despite not punching their ticket to the final, Libya will play Cameroon on Wednesday for the third and fourth place match, looking for their best ever finish at the tournament.
In the other semifinal, hosts Egypt defeated Cameroon 3-1 (25-13 25-23 20-25 29-27) and will face Algeria in the final.스포츠토토
Iqbairi was selected by Samsung Fire with the first pick in last year’s (2022) V-League Foreign Player Draft. In the V-League last season, he played 36 games (140 sets), scoring 875 points and posting a 49.2 percent attacking success rate.
He was selected by Hyundai Capital with the fifth overall pick in this year’s Foreign Player Draft, marking his second consecutive season in the V-League.
